Before we go to get ready for the BIG DAY, let’s take a peek at some of the creativity that’s been blooming this past week! It’s time to see....

THE POWER POPPY PEEPS OF THE WEEK!

First up, we have Gail M. of Pop, Paper Scissors! She used colored pencils and mineral spirits to bring this breathtaking color to Power Poppy’s digi stamp Countryside Bouquet. I honestly can’t take my eyes off these super serene hues! And, don’t you love the touches of pink on some of the flowers suggesting that an early morning glow is being cast on this beauty? Ahhhhh.... love it!

Our second “Peep” is Beth of Nana's Memories and More, who offered up this rustic and earthy take on the Gerbera Daisies Digital Stamp Set! I love the way she layered the digi image to give it some POP. And, who doesn't love a little sparkle on the petals and flower centers thanks to some glitter glue? I know I do! Thank you, Beth, for sharing your card with us!

AND... SINCE LAST WEEK CLOSED OUT THE MONTH, WE HAVE A WINNER’S NAME TO DRAW TOO!

To pick the winner of a free stamp set, we turned to Random.org....

That means our lucky winner is......

MISTY O.!!!!

Misty, please email us at bloom@powerpoppy.com with your snail mail address and let us know which stamp set we should send your way!

Do you want a chance to win? Play along with us

NEXT WEEK!

HERE’S HOW TO PLAY: All you need to do is use the linky below (we'll be using the same linky all month long) and share a new Power Poppy creation. Just that simple! It can be anything — a card, an altered item, a 3D creation, a set of cards, ANYTHING! We love to see what you’re making.

OFFICIAL RULES:
  • Use Power Poppy Stamps on your creation!
  • You CAN combine challenges — we love to see just how creative you can get using our stamps!
  • Link up your creation using the Linky below (we might choose folks who don't link up but it helps us to find you if you do!)
  • Please mention the Peep of the Week challenge in your blog or gallery post with a link back to this blog post!
  • We’ll accept entries up until Thursday @3PM EST and will announce the Power Peeps of the Week next Friday for our Peep of the Week post.

And that's it Power Poppy Fans! Be sure to tune in tomorrow for all the World Card Making Day festivities! Get those fingers inky and prepare to have FUN!

See you then!

Thanks so much for the recognition. I would also like to thank the DT for all the inspiration. I was late to the party, but I still intend to visit all your blogs.

Both cards are absolutely gorgeous. I love the coloring on Gail's card. Have never been tempted to try colored pencils, but I sure am now. Thank you both for the great inspiration!
