Friday

A Delightfully Digital Display

Howdy peeps! It’s another Friday here on the Power Poppy blog and we have an awe-inspiring display to showcase today. What's super fun about all the cards that we are showing off today is the fact that they are all from our Instant Garden -- meaning -- if you are inspired too, you can shop, download, print and color within minutes of reading this post! How fun is that?

But first a bit of news...

First up, an exciting online class featuring our designs! My jaw literally dropped when I saw this delicious display below. This is the incredible handiwork of Alyce Keegan, owner of Kit and Clowder. Alyce chose to showcase Power Poppy's digital stamp sets Camellias and Everything’s Rosy to teach this month's online colored pencil and markers class.

Beautiful doesn't even begin to cover her treatment of these images - wouldn't you agree? If you'd like to learn more about this one-of-a-kind class, just click HERE! Class members get a discount on the stamps used, and if you already own them, all the better!

Special Note: We are trying something a little different with our digis for the Kit and Clowder classes. Both of these images are available ready to download in two special light grey versions for use with the “no-line coloring” technique. Plus, the Everything’s Rosy digital stamp is formatted as a large, vertical image as shown above, with plenty of space to color. These no-line images and the new rose image are available to ANYONE who has ever purchased these sets! If you did not receive an email from Power Poppy notifying you of the updated download, please email us at bloom@powerpoppy.com and we will get your images sent over straight away.

Now, back to the showcase of wonderful digital-download creations...

What warm and cozy flair Melody Rupple had when creating this sequin-adorned, whimsical creation! I'll admit it. I am a sucker for cards with a knitting theme because knitting is my other crafty passion! I just love the homespun charm and how Melody tied it together with a fun sentiment. The main image from this card is from Power Poppy’s digital stamp Get Wool Soon.

Berina Febin of Moxie Crafty took on the no-line coloring technique and made it pop in such a pretty way with Power Poppy's digital stamp set Gladioli. I adore the shade of rose she chose, and the sense of depth she brought out in each and every petal and leaf. Very nicely done, Berina!

Speaking of no-line coloring, did you see this month's Power & Spark Challenge? That's what it's all about folks!

Join Cindy Lawrence and ‘Say Yes to No Lines’ You can read all about the challenge HERE including some fabulous tips from Cindy on how to achieve this look. Then, after you’ve taken it all in, hit your craft room and join us for some Power & Spark fun! You might just end up winning a Power Poppy stamp set in the process.

Did you happen to see our newest Instant Garden release earlier this week? We’re excited to bring you the all new Graceful Still Life, which features two focal point images and a large sentiment for hours of coloring and creating fun.

Now it’s time to turn things over to the Bloomies! They've been at it again, working their magic and are ready for a little Power Poppy show and tell! So, pop on over and see and grab some inspiration for yourself...

Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing a little snippet of your day with us! We hope you have a blissfully creative weekend and we'll see you back here soon!
