Inspire Me Monday: Gingerbread, Greetings & Giggles!

Howdy all!  Welcome to Inspire Me Monday!

I'm your hostess Allison Cope and today not only am I going to teach you how not to make a fun interactive card using the fabulous "Frosted Gingerbread" stamp set but I promise to make you laugh too!  Honest!  Boo-boos happen to the best of us... even people who have been making cards for years and so I thought I'd show you my "oopsy-daisy video " today!

So grab a cup of coffee and join me in my scraproom.  You won't regret it!  LOL!

Here is my final card for you. As you can see I did stamp the remainder of the greeting and attached it onto the bottom of the focal panel.

Here's the card closed...

And here is it with the the slider pulled-up...

Thanks for joining me!  I hope I made you giggle... heck, I made myself giggle!

Happy Holidays everyone!

~ Ally ~

Oh, Ally, I totally loved the video and got such a giggle this morning watching it! I always love hearing your voice and being so real. This is an absolutely darling card, and I love how you've shown us step by step and even been real enough to show us how to fix our mistakes. We all make them, and it helps to see how we can fix them and salvage a card (which we all do, let's be real, eh?). You are a delight, my friend, and thanks for sharing with us today and giving us joy - as always! Hugs!

Love your card!! Loved your video more!! We all make mistakes right!! I love it when I see a video with steps on how to rectify a mistake. Because, then when I make a mistake, I don't have to think too much!! :) Thanks for sharing step by step. Love this card!!

I love your card and your video. Your technique is great. I also love that you showed that you are "Human" and make mistakes like the rest of us. Merry Christmas!

Loved the card and the video. I did laugh as I can't remember how many fixes and saves I have done in 11 years of card making and scrapping. You made me feel normal. I also laugh at my mistakes and always try to fix them. Good Job!
